With the advent of PDF
technology and other digital technologies, hard-copy proofs are not always an essential requirement for your print job.

Before ordering a hard-copy proof, consider if it is really necessary, or would an electronic PDF proof do the job just as well?

PDFs can be previewed and changes marked up just like a hard-copy proof, but much more efficiently.

Consider also that an electronic PDF will reduce the number of couriers involved in your job and greatly speed up the turn-around time of the prepress component.

By using PDF proofs you will be actively reducing the
amount of material required to produce your print job,
and the energy and carbon emissions used in
traditional proofing.
